What’s included in the rent?

The rent includes internet, trash, sewer, and water. We also provide electricity that is billed back to each resident so you can avoid the hassle of setting up an account and the headache of gathering money from your roommates!

Will my apartment come furnished?

Yes! And it’s not your typical dorm furniture. Your apartment will come sleekly styled with furnishings that are modern yet functional, and elegant with an industrial twist.

What’s an individual lease?

An individual lease means you are only responsible for your portion of rent. Although you may have roommates that share the common areas of your apartment, you are not financially responsible for them and their names are not on your lease.

How do I qualify?

There are many ways to qualify at Landmark! If you’re a student, you can self-qualify, use a Guarantor, or enroll in Leap (Guarantor Waiver Program). Not a student? No worries! You can self-qualify, add a Guarantor, use a PPA, or apply to qualify using Leap for a one-time fee.

What’s a guarantor?

A guarantor is someone who guarantees timely payment on the lease. In the case of student living, a guarantor is usually a parent, guardian, or someone else who is financially stable. We require a guarantor only when the person living in the unit is unable to meet the application’s credit qualifications.

What is Leap?

Leap is a third-party guarantor company that we have partnered with to help students qualify for an apartment without the hassle of adding a guarantor or paying a deposit up front! Just pay a monthly fee directly with your rent and you’re all set!

Is there an application fee and/or security deposit?

There is a $50 application fee which covers a background check on the resident and credit check on the guarantor. We also require a security deposit. Contact our leasing office to learn more about pricing and deposits.

Do you allow pets?

Although we love our furry friends, we don’t allow live-in pets. Please contact us if you have questions regarding service animals in the building.

Do you offer roommate matching?

Yes! If you don’t have roommates in mind (or enough to fill the units in the apartment of your choice) but want to reserve your spot to live at LANDMARK before it’s too late, we’ve got you covered. We offer RoomSync, which gives you the freedom and control to determine who you’ll live with.

What kind of security is at Landmark?

Safety at Landmark is our utmost concern, and we provide more security features than you may find anywhere else. Security features include 24-hour on-site staff and emergency maintenance, on-site Courtesy Officers, surveillance cameras in all public access areas, and controlled community, building, and apartment electronic key access only.

But, I can have guests right?

Of course! Guests are allowed at Landmark. Please refer to the lease for specific guest rules.

Is there parking?

Absolutely. Landmark has single spaces in our secure garage. Spaces are leased on a first-come, first-serve basis, so don’t wait to contact our leasing office for availability and pricing.

Can anyone access the amenities?

Not at all. We ensure only you and your guests are frequenting the amazing amenities we have to offer at Landmark.

What if I have a maintenance request?

We have a resident portal where you can submit any requests. Our on-site maintenance team is dedicated to resolving any maintenance issues quickly and conveniently.

How much is rent?

Rent varies depending on the size of the unit and floor preference. Please contact our leasing office to learn more about pricing before units sell out.
